Join us for an old school nerdy swap meet on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from Noon until 5pm at the Holiday Inn Events Center in Salem OR. Sell your extra comic books, sci-fi, and fantasy games/toys/novels/etc., or simply roam the aisles and treasure hunt. It's a nerd culture event to enjoy and remember!Tickets are only $3 and available at the door. For $5 you can enter the hall at 11am, one full hour before the general public. Get your hands on the brightest and shiniest from 50+ tables of old-school nerd treasure. But there is a way to get in early for FREE!At 11am, bring up to 5 non-perishable containers for Food Share, and take $1 off per container! Help your neighbors in the mid-valley and enjoy a VIP trip through the tables.

The Capital City Comics, Sci-Fi, and Fantasy Swap is built with the collector in mind. Find everything from high-dollar (five-figures plus!) and low-dollar vintage comics (you'd better believe there will be $1 comic boxes!) to pulp novels and bootleg 80's Italian "Swords and Sorcery" movies on VHS. Get your hands on old gaming books and cards, original comic art, and more.Everyone that operates a table at this show is a fellow collector, waiting to pass along something amazing. Immerse yourself in your favorite nerdy hobbies for an afternoon and maybe do a little business.And, if you're so inclined, the opportunity to sell your extra comics, toys, games, movies, and more, is open to the public. Become A Vendor
Fill out this form and include the number of each size of table you are requesting. Table prices are listed next to each size option on the form. Once we have received your request, we will send an invoice via PayPal. Table requests will be held for 7 calendar days after we send that email. If you do NOT receive an invoice within 48 hours of your submission, check your SPAM folder, or contact us immediately.Be aware of the following:

NO ACTUAL WEAPONS!
Tables come in two lengths: 6ft and 8ft, and are 30 inches deep.
8ft tables will MOSTLY be situated against the walls (with some exceptions), allowing for standing displays or hanging signage behind the table. Free-standing product displays (comic walls, etc.) are only accommodated in the 8ft table spaces.
6ft tables will be situated in the middle of the room in groups. These are recommended for individual vendors. Accommodation for signage is limited in these spaces.
8ft and 6ft tables cannot be grouped together. If you request multiple tables, they must be of the same dimensions.
Each table rental includes one chair per table. If more chairs are available at time of set-up, we may be able to arrange to supply you with one additional.
